Why you need to drink enough water

Water is beneficial to one’s health and it is recommended that one should take enough water. This is because one lose fluid on a daily basis due to skin evaporation, breathing, urine, and stool, and these losses must be replaced daily for good health.The good news is that you can add some ingredients to spice up the water to make it more enticing to drink. These Ingredients can be a cucumber, orange slice, a squirt of lemon, a squeeze of lime, a few sprigs of fresh mint etc.

Lack of sufficient water intake for the body can lead to dehydration which is not beneficial for one’s health. Water helps to promote weight loss by removing products of fat and harmful toxins. Also, if taken before eating, it helps to reduce your food intake (by filling up your tummy) which reduces hunger and it raises your metabolism and has zero calories.

Water helps to relieve and prevent headaches, migraines & back pains. These pain are commonly caused by dehydration. It also helps fight against flu, cancer and other ailments like heart attacks.

Water is the best anti-aging treatment you can use and it is natural without no side effects. It moisturizes your skin, keeps it fresh, soft, glowing and smooth. Most importantly, it gets rid of wrinkles.

Our kidneys process 200 quarts of blood daily, selecting out waste and conveying urine to the bladder. However, kidneys need enough fluids to clear away what we don’t need in the body. Therefore, water is needed to assist the kidney in carrying out a good job and as such drinking, enough water helps to prevent any kidney related issue.

Drinking enough water helps your brain to function well, which enables you to focus and concentrate better and be more alert. As an additional bonus, your energy levels are also increased.

On a final note, a research suggests men should drink 13 cups a day on average. It also reports women should drink about nine cups.
