Personally I feel that is the true essence of beauty. Perfection would be meaningless without imperfection, the same way strength would be useless without weakness. The body is the greatest work of art, and like every other work of art, it needs proper maintenance. You need to watch your diet occasionally to keep looking good, but what happens when it seems its a little too late to work on your belly fat? VISCERAL FAT is body fat that is stored within the abdominal cavity and is also stored around a number of important organs like the liver and intestines. It serves as a cushion. However, too much of this fat can lead to health problems such as High Blood Pressure, Type 2 Diabetes, Breast cancer and colon cancer too.

Most people have resolved to the use of waist trainers, but that wont solve anything if you keep doing the wrong thing. To lose belly fat, one has to go on a strict diet plan. I’m not saying you should become a vegetarian, but take a firm stand when it comes to your choice of food. Determination is the greatest key to success, you need to come to terms with the new idea of staying away from foods rich in fats or carbs. Now I’m going to be giving out tips on how to naturally lose belly fat. We all have longed to lose that stubborn cushion around our tummy at one point or the other. You might be on the slim side but still have belly fat higher than the required amount. These tips will help you lose belly fat and maintain that amazing body you have always wanted, just pay attention.

-The first rule is, do not starve yourself to look good. Do not skip meals. Breakfast is the most important meal of the day, try as much as possible not to miss breakfast. Also try not to have anything too heavy. Heavy meals will make you slow and sleepy throughout the day.

-Have you ever heard of water therapy? Water has a way of purifying the body, having just a glass first thing in the morning and last thing at night will work wonders for you.

-Foods rich in carbohydrate will give you energy, but taking it in excess, especially at night will make you blow up. When planning dinner, eat lightly and take enough water after food to aid digestion.

-Your diet should include more of proteins and less of sugar or sugar sweetened drinks. Eat foods rich in fibre.

-Daily exercise can help you cut down a lot of fat. The good thing about visceral fat is that it burns down with aerobic exercises like running, jogging, biking, and squatting. So if you exercise regularly, it would be quite easy to burn off visceral fat.

-Say NO to stress. Stress management is key in losing belly fat. If you are stressed up, you would not be able to exercise regularly or follow your diet plan. Stay active, take regular breaks from daily activities, listen to music or do anything that helps you stay calm.
